First, I would like to comment on how wonderful the customer service was. Super friendly and easy to work with. My best friend loves her flower arrangement. Second, I thought there were too many green leaves included. It would be nice to include more of flowers than leaves. The pictures online did not reflect on what was delivered in person. I was really disappointed with all the leaves they put in (Like seriously!!!) Due to that reason; in my opinion, I do not think the price should be that high for a bunch of leaves. Besides from all of that. I did love the free same-day delivery and customer service.
We were totally amazed by the beautiful bouquet that Dowling Flowers delivered. This was my first order with them, and I took a chance and purchased the Deluxe Deal of the Day. The bouquet we received has an amazing variety and number of flowers! They did a much, much better job than other local florists we have used. The delivery was flawless. The price was reasonable and was in line with other online florists prices. The flowers are gorgeous, and there are so many different types! The bouquet is a joy to look at from any angle, and we are super impressed with the outstanding job that Dowling Flowers did. Dowling Flowers did such a great job that they have totally won us over.
